Our Firm is Seeking Witnesses to Fatal I-95 Accident

On behalf of Eisenmenger, Robinson & Peters, P.A. posted in Truck Accidents on Thursday, May 14, 2015.

Our law firm is seeking witnesses to a lunchtime accident involving three vehicles including a tractor-trailer that injured our client. The accident killed 66-year-old Susan Bartholomay of Merritt Island and closed the south-bound lanes of Interstate 95 near Rockledge for more than five hours on Wednesday, March 11, 2015.

Some of those who witnessed the noon accident may have been heading to a 1 p.m.  Washington Nationals game in Viera. All southbound lanes were shut down at Fiske Boulevard following the accident and did not reopen until 5:45 p.m.

The accident was located just north of the Wickham Road exit and involved a Hyundai sedan, Toyota pickup and tractor-trailer. We represent one of the surviving victims and would like to speak with anyone that witnessed the accident.  Please call or email the law firm of Eisenmenger, Robinson & Peters, PA at 321-504-0321 or markpeters@ebplaw.com.

Your assistance is appreciated.
