Hourly Rate
On behalf of Eisenmenger, Robinson & Peters, P.A. posted in Family Law on Thursday, February 09, 2017.
The Trial Courts have recently said the following in cases where Mark S. Peters was trial counsel:
In Rivers v. Rivers Circuit Judge John D. Galluzzo wrote:
“The Court finds that the time expended and hourly rate of Mr. Peters is reasonable and not disproportionate in light of the issues raised by the Former Husband in this case, the testimony of Mr. Gillmore that needed by (sic) be addressed, as well as the financial quagmire the Former Husband attempted to create. Mr. Peters is an experienced family Law practitioner and his hourly rate is below that of lawyers commonly practicing in this area with far less experience.”
In Gold v. State Farm Circuit Judge Turner wrote:
“The experience, reputation, and ability of the lawyer or lawyers performing the services: It is well founded that the Plaintiff’s attorney is well respected by his peers and the judiciary for his ethics, ability and dedication.”
